TERMS OF USE OF THE APPLICATION

1. Before using the application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), by installing the Application, the User agrees to comply with the following Terms of Use of the Application. If the User does not agree to any of the following conditions, he should immediately uninstall the Application.
2. The Application Producer is Transition Technologies PSC sp.z o.o. based in Łódź, Poland. The user is every person who has downloaded and installed the Application on their device.
3. The User acknowledges that the Application is "in its current form" and the Manufacturer does not guarantee the quality, suitability for a specific purpose, integrity, compatibility, security and correctness. The User uses the Application at his own risk.
4. The User may use the Application only for his private, non-commercial use and may not copy, reproduce, decompile, disassemble, etc. and distribute it in any way.
5. The User may use the Application only in a way that does not lead to a violation of applicable law of the Republic of Poland and any country in which the user uses the Application.
6. The Producer of the Application shall not be liable for any damages and lost profits of the Application User, as well as third parties resulting from the said restrictions, software or device errors, viruses, data loss or incorrect use of the Application itself.
7. The application is installed on mobile devices, in particular on mobile phones and tablets and after downloading the application via Google Play store;
8. Using the application requires an Android mobile device and a mobile device connection to the Internet. Some functionalities of the application also require a mobile device to have a camera for the AR mode and to share the device location for the AR mode.
9. Using the application does not require providing any personal data. The application does not store any personal data that could enable a third party to identify a specific user of the application.
10. The manufacturer reserves the right to change these conditions at any time in its sole discretion. By installing the application update, the User agrees to comply with the changed conditions.
11. These conditions are subject to Polish law and the jurisdiction of Polish courts. The Polish language version has conclusive power.
12. In the event of a breach of these Terms, the license to use the Application shall be withdrawn from the user. The User should immediately uninstall the Application from his device. Your continued use of the Application will constitute a violation of the law.
